Unfortunately, we cannot send your order to a DHL Packstation. However, we can deliver directly to a ParcelShop. To ensure that your parcel arrives at your destination, it is important that you state your home address when ordering and that you select the ParcelShop as the drop-off location for the tracking number.

If you do not receive your order within the stated delivery time, please first check that all the information you have provided to us is correct. If all the details were correct, please contact our customer service immediately and we will be happy to assist you.

We charge €20 for shipments that are returned to us because they were not accepted by the customer or were not picked up from a post office/pack station. This amount covers double shipping costs (shipping to and from the customer) as well as picking and unpacking of the goods.

As soon as your order has left us, you will receive an automatic e-mail with a link to the tracking number, with which you can easily track the status of your order.

We usually pack your order immediately on the next working day. Our delivery time is usually 2-6 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that it can sometimes take 1-2 working days longer due to a high volume of work on the part of the delivering company or an exceptionally high utilization of our warehouse.

The gift voucher will be sent to you digitally via email. After that, you can decide how to present the gift voucher to the lucky person.

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.


You have 14 days after receipt of your order to return your package to us.
Contact our customer service below so that our colleagues can issue you a return slip.

We charge a fee of €6.90 for returning your items, which will be deducted from your refund.

Products excluded from the right of return:
- Customizable items
- Poster in size 61x91cm

You do not have to return a damaged product to us. Please contact us and include pictures of the damaged items when contacting us.

You will immediately receive a new delivery from us (free of charge).


As soon as your package arrives, it will be unpacked the next working day and refunded using the payment method you have chosen.

If you have received a refund email from us but Klarna has still not canceled your order or adjusted the amount of your order, please contact Klarna immediately at the following telephone number: 0221 669 501 10 or contact our customer service and we will do it for you.

Unfortunately, sometimes Klarna does not process the refund.
