You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the package without giving any reason. (This does not apply to items that are explicitly excluded from exchange).
Products excluded from exchange: Personalised posters, 61x91cm posters.
We accept returns only for new and undamaged goods. In the event that the goods are damaged on arrival at our returns warehouse, we will return them to you.
Before doing so, we will check whether this loss in value of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods is due to unnecessary handling of the goods.
When purchasing a set, the individual products are counted as a total product and can therefore only be returned together. Therefore, when returning a set, please return all the items belonging to the set together.

It works as follows:
- Enter your order number (starting with #) and your e-mail address.
- Select the items to be returned
- Check your data
- Overview of parcel shops in your area
- Select your return label (print option/QR code)
- If you choose the printable label, you can simply print it out and stick it on your parcel.
The other option is the QR code. Please save it or take a screenshot so that you can show it to the parcel shop. There it will be scanned and your return label will be printed.
Confirmation of return
If you want to return two orders to us, we ask you to send them back to us individually. This way we can guarantee a fast and correct return process.
Please note that we charge a return fee of 8,90€. In case of damage or complaints, the return is of course free of charge.
