You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the parcel without giving reasons. (This does not apply to items that are explicitly excluded from exchange)

Products excluded from exchange: Personalized posters, posters in 61x91cm.

We only accept returns of new and undamaged goods. In the event that the goods are damaged on arrival at our returns warehouse, we will send them back to you.

We will first check whether this loss in value of the condition, properties and functionality of the goods is due to unnecessary handling.

When purchasing a set, the individual products are counted as one product and can therefore only be returned together. When returning a set, please therefore return all the associated items together.

It works as follows:

  1. Enter the order number (starting with #) and your e-mail address
  2. Select the items to be returned
  3. Check your data
  4. Overview of the parcel stores in your area
  5. Select your return label (print option/QR code)
    If you choose the printable label, you can simply print it out and stick it on your parcel. The other option would be the QR code. Please save it or take a screenshot so that you can show it to the parcel store. It will be scanned there and your return label will be printed.
  6. Confirmation of the return

If you would like to return two orders to us, please send them back to us individually. In this way, we can guarantee that the returns process is handled quickly and correctly.

Please note that we charge a return fee of 8,90$. In case of damage or complaints, the return is of course free of charge.
